Procedure for pairing the remote control with the device

Press and hold the LIVE TV + 0 keys together for more than 5 seconds .

Pairing in progress: STB power LED continuously flashes briefly.

If pairing is successful: The STB power LED will flash 3 times in short succession.

If pairing fails: long flash of the STB power LED to indicate error.

Factory reset and pairing reset procedure

Press and hold the LIVE TV + scroll button together for more than 5 seconds .

If successful: The STB power button LED will flash 4 times to indicate success.

If unsuccessful: The STB power button LED will flash to indicate an error.
