Temperatuur sensor analoog TMP36 TO-92

Beschrijving

Een kleine maar accurate temperatuursensor in TO-92 package. Deze kan men analoog uitlezen. Werk met zowel op 3.3V als 5V.

Specificaties:
– Bereik −40°C tot +125°C
– Voltagedata: 750 mV output bij 25°C
– Afwijking <= 25°C = ±1°C
– Afwijking > 25°C = ±2°C
– Verbruik 0.5 µA max.
